STRUCTURE :
RCC framed structure consisting of Columns, Beams and Slabs supported on independent raft foundation.
WALLS :
Brick / Flyash Brick work in cement mortar plastered on both sides and painted with three coats of cement
based putty with interior / exterior plastic emulsion paint as per Architect’s choice of colours.
FLOORING :
All floors with Marble / Vitrified tiles and skirting.
DOORS :
Entrance door will be Beautifully Designed and Varnished Teak wood panelled Door.Other door frames teak wood and shutters will be of factory made BST ( Both Side Teak ) Flush shutters with varnish.
WINDOWS :
Powder coated / Anodized Aluminium eyemax hinged windows with well designed M.S.Grills fixed in walls
and glazed shutters.
KITCHEN :
  • Granite platform 2’0”ft width, Stainless stell Sink,5/15 amp Plug point.
  • Glazed Tile Dado above cooking platform 4’0”ft height

WARDROBES :

  • Three phase power connection with independent meter and manual phase change over switches.
  • Concealed telephone TV and cable TV points ample power points as per Architect advice will be provided.
  • Lift, common lighting, compound lighting, Borewell motor and Municipal water will be connected in
    common.
  • Necessary provision for fixing Aircondition equipment for two bed rooms with plug point and grill
  • Each flat connected with backup generator with necessary light points and power points. Connected to all
    common facilities as per Electrical Engineer advice.
  • Separate TNEB Room at Stilt floor.
